Name of the Project: “Structure based discovery of novel chemical chaperone compounds targeting αsynuclein aggregations for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease”
Duration: Initial appointment for
one year, extendable as much as 3 years based upon performance. The position is temporary and also co-terminus with the project.Application Instructions:
An applicant possessing the above mentioned Educational Qualification as well as are having a max of 28 years of age for JRF as on the date of the interview (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST as well as 3 years for OBC candidate) can submit their application (on plain paper) to the undersigned in addition to detailed resume (with e-mail, address & contact no.), attested copies of certificates and work experience or publications latest by 17th December 2020.

Fellowship: The chosen candidate will certainly be paid stipend of Rs. 31,000/- pm.
Educational Qualification:
- The Applicant needs to have passed the M.Sc. with a minimum of 55% marks in Biophysics/Biochemistry/Microbiology/ Biotechnology/Allied fields.
- Note: Candidate that have cleared GATE/NET-JRF/lectureship (UGC-CSIR joint test)/ ICMR/Panjab University’s PhD entrance test, are encouraged to apply.
Desirable Experience: Prior knowledge of computational studies as well as neurological studies.
