Fellowship: 50,000-70,000/- depending upon the qualification and experience according to IIT Mandi guidelines.
Job profile: The Senior Project Scientist will certainly perform R&D in the areas of Next Generation Sequencing
(NGS) technologies, including NGS sample preparations, NGSLibrary prep work, Library QC as well as quality analysis, and setting up the NGS
runs.
Eligibility: PhD in Life Sciences/Biotechnology or relevant subject area.
Essential: Outstanding communication skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, willingness to learn new techniques.
Desirable: Knowledge and experience in experimental biology, as well as those who have
experience in handling NGS associated experiments, will be preferred.
