How to Apply:
The Fellowship amount for the above position goes to par with similar fellowships by DBT/DST. The above position is entirely on a short-term basis with a maximum period of three years. The initial appointment will be for a period of one year, which can be curtailed or extended based upon the performance of the candidate and also discretion of the Competent Authority. NIPGR reserves the right to choose the candidate against the above post depending upon the qualifications as well as experience of the candidate. Reservation of posts will be as per Govt. of India norms. The position might be ended whenever by giving a month notification by either side. The applicants will have no claim implicit or explicit for consideration against any kind of regular position of NIPGR.
The candidate must ascertain their eligibility prior to applying. Essential Qualification: Candidates selected through National Eligibility Tests as mentioned in the DST Office Memorandum SR/S9/Z-08/2018 dated January 30, 2019, and having M.Sc. degree or equivalent (with minimum 60% marks) in Life Science/ Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology or any other related field with at least two years post-Master’s research experience in a molecular biology laboratory. The candidature must be supported with published research papers in standard refereed journals.
