CSIR-NIO Regional Centre Mumbai

Project Name: Marine Biodiversity Management Plan for The Developmental Activities of
Mumbai Port Trust (MbPT) in Thane Creek

Tenure: six months

Place of Posting: Regional Centre Mumbai

Mark sheet or Final Mark sheet is mandatory where it shows Geology subject was studied. In addition to this, Degree Award Certification or Provisional Award Certification. Percentage or CGPA should clearly be displayed on any type of among the certificate. If the certification doesn’t have proper percentage/ CGPA/ Grade after that the application may not be taken into consideration.
c) Date of Birth Proof (Any kind of valid certificate having DoB such as SSLC, HSC, DoB Certificate, etc).
d) Category certification (in case of SC/ST/OBC/ PWD applicants). (If applicable).
e) NET/GATE/SET/ Any other Equivalent exam qualification certificate (IF applicable).
f) Experience certificate (If there is any type of or If applicable).
g) Other certifications if any kind of.

Mode of Selection:

If the number of eligible applications is more, then shortlisting criteria would be fixed and the candidates would be shortlisted. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for the interview. Selection will certainly be done on the basis of on-line interview through either Skype/Google Meet/Zoom or any other suitable software, as decided by the competent authority.

Desirable Qualifications & Job Requirement NIO Job: Experience in bacterial isolation
and identification. Participation in field trips, cruises, sample analysis and data handling.
