Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Technical Processes as well as Quality control of Molecular Biology.
- Attending to client queries and also complaints pertaining to Molecular Biology.
- Daily review of Molecular Biology reports and also ensuring that they meet TAT.
- Reviewing and also updating Standard Operating Procedures for the section on a regular basis.
- Maintain contact with Sales as well as Marketing division to give inputs relating to the technical content of various tests.
- Conducting regular with team members to analyze problems regarding reviewing, queries, reversal issues, suggestions from team members for improvements and any other issues faced by the departments.
- Organizing departmental seminar presentations on review-related topics in Molecular Biology.
- Presenting Papers and Invited talks in various National & International level conferences.
- Managing Doctor Relationship and also to resolve Doctor/Consultants queries successfully on priority in Molecular Biology.
- Supervision of On-the-job training to scientific staff.
- Ensure proper maintenance of material consumption, inventory management and no wastage
- Ensuring Quality, Accuracy, Safety and TAT are maintained based on standards.
- Monitoring of NABL & CAP compliances (SOPs & QCs).
- Raising of all Purchase requisitions, Material requisition in the section.
- Month-to-month analysis of QC data, plan corrective actions & preventive actions for outliers.
- Involvement to prepare of a month-to-month report of the section.
- Assigning and deploying, the human resource in order to provide prompt Laboratory diagnostic services.
- Interacting with doctors, for test ordering practices, clarification as well as reports and also counselling patients whenever circumstances permit.
- Participate in CMEs/ Conferences, to make sure that it has an influence on the perception of doctors.
- Daily review of abnormal outcomes.

- PG: Other
- Doctorate: PhD – Microbiology, Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology, Biomedical, Pathology, Biotechnology.
