Project Title: “Establishment of small and Hi-Tech nurseries of Bamboos at CSIR-IHBT Palampur under restructured National Bamboo Mission (GAP-02541 ”
Maximum Age: 28 years (as on the last date of receipt of application)
Age Relaxation:
5 years for SC/ ST/ Women, 3 years for OBC as well as widows, divorced women, as well as women judicially separated from their husbands and who are not remarried, are allowed age concession up to the age of 35 years, (up to 40 years for members of SC/ STs).
The number of positions as advertised may vary depending upon the suitability of applicants and needs of the applicants in the project.
The on-line applications should be reached on or prior to 30th September 2020. All the applications will be scrutinized by the duly constituted committee and eligible candidates will certainly be
interviewed over Video Conferencing.All interested applicants should have to fill in application form (as per the format annexed) and send in pdf form through email on [email protected] and need not attach any documents. However, the information provided in the proforma i.e., Name, Age, Qualifications, Experience, Date of Birth, Category, Publications etc. shall be verified at the time of interview / joining in case of his / her selection as the case may be. Incomplete applications, late received applications and applications received through any other mode will not be accepted and summarily rejected. All applicants must fulfil the essential requirements of the position and other conditions stipulated in the advertisement.
It is compulsory for all the applicants to fill in all the columns of the proforma very carefully before submission. No other format of an application shall be accepted.
The original documents of the selected applicants will be verified at the time of joining and in the event of any of the information mentioned in the application proforma found false or incorrect, their candidature will be cancelled straight away.
The positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the period of the project. There will certainly be no right implicit or explicit for the regular position for any kind of post in CSIR-IHBT, whatsoever.
The decision of the Director, CSIR-IHBT, Palampur will be final for engagement of Research Associate-I in CSIR-IHBT, Palampur (H.P.).
Keep in mind:
- Result awaited candidates are not eligible for interview.
- No interim enquiry or correspondence will be entertained.
Emoluments: Rs. 31,000/- per month plus HRA
Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Botany or equivalent in Plant Sciences.
Desirable Qualifications: Candidates having experience in plant tissue culture and bamboo micropropagation will be favoured.
