Qualifications for IIT Kharagpur Vacancy: Candidates must have a Ph. D. degree in Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Bio Sciences/ Life Sciences discipline. A background in molecular cloning, gene manipulation, gene expression and protein purification would be beneficial. However, the above experience may be waived for the selection of exceptionally good candidates with publications in peer-reviewed high impact International journals in the relevant field.

Pertinent Experience for IIT Kharagpur Vacancy: The candidate is expected to work independently and

drive the project on his/ her own accord, as well as writing scientific manuscripts and training the Ph. D. students in the relevant area of research.
