- MLT batch analysis for regular batch analysis.
- Bio-burden method validation and batch analysis for in-process samples.
- Area monitoring, fumigation and also testing area management.
- Microbiology Laboratory– Environmental monitoring/Settle plate/air sampling/swabs/personnel monitoring.
- Media preparation and also Media stock management.
- Culture maintenance as well as Stock management.
- Incubators data -Newtronics chamber data review as well as Document management.
- The collection as well as analysis of swab samples in the production area.
- Daily calibration,( pH meter/Balances).
- Microbiology Area-Temperature monitoring.
- Area monitoring, fumigation as well as testing area management.
- Media preparation as well as Media stock management.
- Culture maintenance as well as Stock management.
- Water Testing.
