Position: BBRC-Senior Research Associate

Must-Have Technical Skills:
- Experience in dealing with mammalian cell lines (adherent or suspension) as well as transfection procedures.
- Experience in the expression of monoclonal antibodies as well as other proteins in mammalian cell lines (HEK, CHO etc).
- Protein purification utilizing AKTA Pure & AKTA Avant systems, experience in affinity, ion-exchange, HIC chromatography methods, column packing, tangential flow filtration.
- Diligent documentation skills and experience writing thorough Lab Notebooks
- Basic knowledge of bioinformatics is a plus
Behaviour Skills:
- A proactive team player.
- Ensure the conclusion of experiments and also generate accurate and also reproducible data from experiments.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks as well as work on multiple projects simultaneously with; comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing requirements.
- Excellent oral and also written communication and presentation skills to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
Desirable:
- Sound knowledge of protein expression & purification
- Any type of Experience with techniques like western blotting, ELISA.
- Biotechnology Industrial experience.
Educational Qualifications: MSc/MTech or similar qualifications in Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ CellBiology/Biomedical Sciences/ Life Sciences with 2-4 years of research experience.
