Job Description for Novartis Vacancy:
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure prep work, validation, dispatch as well as submission of compliant and also high-quality initial, 2nd wave as well as maintenance Regulatory filings according to submission plans.
- Update respective Regulatory systems for Registration Management, Publishing as well as Document Management.
- Support the Global Regulatory teams during the product development phase as well as provide input as appropriate.
- Follow Regulatory procedures as well as timelines
Minimum Requirements for Novartis Vacancy:
- University or College Degree in any type of field or life science with pertinent industry experience or similar degree Great communication in English (oral and written).
- At a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical area, specifically in Regulatory Operations
- Experience in the Regulatory submission publishing, the area is favoured
- Knowledge of Regulatory standards for the areas mentioned above
- Organizational awareness and also experience working cross-functionally and in international teams is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure, demonstrating initiative and flexibility
- High-level understanding of Regulatory quality, standards as well as policies.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused
- Team-minded
