Name of the Post: Project Associate-I (PA-I)
Name of the Project: ” A transcriptional approach to identify biomarkers of susceptibility and/or resistance to tuberculosis in native and crossbred cattle”
Name of the PI: Dr Bappaditya Dey, Scientist E
Age: 28 years (Relaxation is admissible in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates according to Government instructions).
Duration: 1 Year (extendable till completion of the project).

Candidates are recommended to fill the online application form in sufficient time prior to the last date to prevent last-minute technical issues. Shortlisted applicants will certainly be called for an interview prior to selection. TA/DA will certainly not be spent for attending the interview.

Virology & COVID 19 Certification Course
Fellowship amount: Rs. 31000/- PM plus 24 percent HRA (if applicable) as per the DST standards.
Eligibility:
a. Post Graduate degree in professional courses (M. Tech in Life Sciences/M.
V. Sc. etc.) or,
b. Post Graduate Degree in Life Sciences (Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology).
with a NET qualification or,
c. Non-NET-qualified candidates with a post-graduate degree in Life Sciences can also.
apply; that will be paid according to DST guidelines.
Desired Experience: Candidate with experience in Molecular biology, Gene Cloning/ Microbiology, particularly handling of pathogenic bacteria such as M. tuberculosis/ cell culture technique will be given preference.
