You are expected to be working with the below activities:
- Take care of projects of differing complexity from inception of idea to project launch.
- Proactively interact with customers and/or regional marketing to identify and work with customers and/or regional marketing & technological service to structure customer’s needs right into actionable studies, provide sound technological advice & execute opportunities for creating product differentiation by means of formulation design as well as cost innovation.
- Troubleshoot formulas as well as continuous improvement of existing formulas and procedures.
- Handling of large/small equipment, documentation, usage/storage of sensitive chemicals/reagents as well as waste disposal.
Offering assistance to research associates for establishing & optimizing formulations & products, design test experiments. - Coordinate well with multi-disciplinary project teams of scientists, engineers, marketers, and also safety/regulatory experts throughout the complete product development cycle.
- Sharing of scientific understandings via technological presentations with different internal teams and likewise with customers. Write technical papers and reports and prepare standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products, and also tests.
- Conducting all activities constant with company as well as department policies & procedures.
In this position you need to have:
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or associated field.
6-8 years of experience in the Household care industry, preferably in detergent product formulation/process consisting of advanced knowledge of detergent chemistry, surfactant science as well as capability to understand and also carry out standard techniques relevant to product development. - Experience in Modelling Simulation & DOE is chosen.
- Capability to work independently with marginal supervision on several projects in parallel with interdisciplinary teams under tight deadlines as well as have to have prior experience of handling projects with responsibility & accountability of project result and deliverables.
- Outstanding record maintaining, documentation, presentation and also strong communication skills.
