Essential Qualifications:

• BE/BTech degree in Biotechnology;
  OR
• First class Master’s Degree in Life Sciences or related subject or equivalent degree from a recognized university
  OR
• Second class MSc plus PhD degree in Life Sciences or related subject or equivalent from a recognized university.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Doctorate or MTech degree in a related science or engineering subject or MD in related subject from a recognized university for candidates with a first-class relevant degree.
2. Additional post-doctoral research/teaching experience in relevant subjects in recognized institutes(s)
3. Knowledge of computer applications or business intelligence tools/ data management.
4. Experience of working in similar schemes in Government or any autonomous organization.
