The Georg-August-Universität Göttingen (UGOE) provides scholarships for professors and Junior researchers from Indian HEI in the University of Göttingen for the year 2019. The scholarships

are offered to all academic areas.

Travelling and Insurance: Traveling for the grantee (round trip economy class flight) will be organized and covered by the project. All grant holders have been insured by a central Group Insurance, which is centrally organized by the Project Coordination Team upon successful nomination. The insurance costs (approximately 0,99 EUR daily ) are deducted from individual support.

Required language skills:

For exchange students seeking admission to the UGOE, the following language requirements apply:

Language of instruction English: Proof of English language proficiency equal to level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR1) is required; additionally, a level of B1 in German is recommended.

Language of instruction German: Proof of German language proficiency equal to level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is demanded.
