M.Sc. / M.Tech Project Training Programme during the period from July-2019 to December -2019 (SIX MONTHS) OR July-2019 to June-2020 (ONE-YEAR) session
NCCS encouraged applications from qualified Indian National candidates pursuing M.Sc. and integrated M.Sc./ M.Tech degree program (those completed at least 3 years) in any branch of Life Sciences to undertake Project Training at this Institute as a part of their dissertation work/course curriculum. Students who have completed their post-graduation aren’t eligible.
Candidates can submit the typed application in the format found on NCCS site along with copies of the documents listed below:-
1) Proof of Date of birth
2) B.Sc. final marks sheet and MSc all previous semester marks sheet
3) Integrated M.Sc./ M. Tech
4) A certificate from the Head of the Department/ Principal of College/ University/Educational Institute in the prescribed format * (Annexure – A) on the letter Head.
How to Apply:
The completed application form along with all the aforementioned documents can be sent to, The Dean, Academics, National Centre for Cell Science, S. P. Pune University Campus, Pune-411 007 on or before 30th April 2019 by courier or by post.
Head of the Departments is requested to forward max 2 applications only from their departments for a period of not less than five months. Applications received without the certificate (Annexure – A) in the format given on our site won’t be considered for selection. NCCS will not give any stipend or Hostel accommodation and will not charge any fees for the Project Training. Candidates willing to undergo the project training for a minimum of 5 or 10 months during (during their postgraduation) for July to December 2019 or July 2019 to June 2020 session may apply. Students planning to spend less than 5 or 10 months needn’t apply. This is a full-time training programme and part-time students will not be entertained.
The list of selected candidates will be put on the NCCS website by 31st May 2019.
