Job Description:
- Maintaining Appropriate document According to NABL in Microbiology
- Planning, organising and tracking a variety of activities and procedures of this section, such as pre-analytical variables.
- Assigning and deploying, the human resource to be able to offer timely Laboratory diagnostic solutions in the region of CRS Lab.
- To train, inspire, develop and direct the staff so as to boost effectiveness in the work area.
- To assess the slides and supply a diagnostic report to the customers.
- Daily meeting with employees to examine and strategize daily / weekly / monthly tasks and issues.
- Interacting with physicians, for evaluation ordering practices, reports and caution and counselling patients whenever conditions allow
