ABOUT THE RAGIV GANDHI PROUDYOGIKI VISHWAVIDYALAYA

The Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya has been established by the Government of Madhya Pradesh vide act no. 13 of 1998 of the Legislative Assembly.
Over a sprawling Campus of about 247 acres, the Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya is marching towards development into a center of excellence in the arena of Technical Education, Research and Innovations. Under its umbrella there are 05 UTD’s , 200 affiliated Engineering Colleges, 98 Pharmacy Colleges, 95 MCA Colleges and 04 Architecture Colleges imparting Graduate level instructions running around 17 under graduate level courses, 85 Polytechnic institutions offering diploma courses in emerging and conventional disciplines. Situated amidst an aesthetic and hilly surrounding, the University is now offering Ph Ds and 11 post graduate courses.

Registration fee (For Application Form): Registration fee is Rs. 750/- for unreserved candidates and Rs.250/- for Scheduled Cast (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Other Backward Class excluding creamy layer (OBC), of Madhya Pradesh. If a candidate is applying for more than one course/specialization, then he/she is required to pay registration fee for each course/specialization separately.
How to Apply:
College Level counseling is to be held on 04th August, 2017 from 10:00 am onwards. Spot on registration for the eligible candidates will be Available.
The reservations for SC/ST/OBC category candidates of the state of M.P. shall be applicable as per the Government of M.P. norms. The preference will be given to the GATE/ GPAT qualified candidates.
- Candidates must ensure that they have correctly filled the application form. After submission of online application form, request for change of entries, will not be accepted. Incorrectly filled application forms are liable to be rejected.
- The name of the candidate entered in the application form, must be the same as given in the mark sheet of the qualifying examination. Any discrepancies in the name should be authenticated by the competent authority.
- In case, any university awards grade in qualifying examination, then Xeroxed copy of certificate from the competent authority of the university, stating equivalent percentage of marks as well as conversion formula used, must be attached along with application form, and the original of the same should be submitted at the time of interview.
- Selected candidates shall be required to submit full Tuition fee of one semester, within seven days from the date of declaration of list of selected candidates. Failure in submitting the fee shall disqualify the candidature.
- Canvassing in any form shall lead to rejection of candidature.
