Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow established under the decision of UP legislative assembly and registered under the Societies registration act 21, 1880 bearing registration No. 1982, 2006-07 dated 4th Nov 2006 , for starting 2 years of M.Sc. Nuclear Medicine Programme at the Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow under the affiliation of Lucknow University, Lucknow. The course shall be conducted at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, the degree shall be awarded by Lucknow University to the successful candidate.

Essential Eligibility Criteria :

• Candidate seeking admission for M.Sc. course in Nuclear Medicine must possess minimum 60 per cent marks in (B.Sc. degree courses in Nuclear Medicine OR
• B.Sc. degree in Physics OR
• B.Sc. in allied/related subject i.e. Radio Diagnosis, Radiotherapy OR
• B.Sc. in Life Sciences / Chemistry / Mathematics/ Statistics with Physics as a subject from recognized University).

*Reservation Policy: Dr RMLIMS is governed by the reservation policies of the Government of Uttar Pradesh as issued and amended form time to time and shall follow in accordance of the directives received by the Institute.

Eligibility:

• Age: The candidate should have completed 17 years of age, but should not be more than 35 completed years of age, as on 1st July 2017.Relaxation for reservation category (OBC/SC / ST) as per govt. of UP rules.
• High School certificate shall be considered as proof of age
• Candidate should be medically fit, and would need to pass a separate medical examination, as per rules and regulations of the Institute.

How to Apply:

• The information brochure-cum-prospectus can be downloaded, and the online application form can be filled, from the Institute’s website www.drrmlims.ac.in from 27 th March 2017, onwards till the last date of submission.
• The application form is to be filled online only and once filled completely should be submitted online.
• A print out of the completed application form must be taken and send to the correct address along with all the relevant documents in support of age, caste, academic qualifications etc along with two self addressed empty envelope.
• Two passport size colour photographs (taken within six months of the date of admission) should be duly affixed along with the application.
• A Demand Draft of Rs 1500/- must accompany the completed application form towards examination fee. The fee for SC/ST candidates is Rs 1200/-.
• The demand draft must be drawn in favour of “Director, RMLIMS, Lucknow”, and should be payable at Lucknow.
• The address for sending the filled forms, accompanying documents and demand draft is: The Director, Dr.RMLIMS, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow-226010.
• The application form, demand draft and documents should be sent only via Registered Post or Speed Post, in an envelope superscripted with M.Sc Nuclear Medicine Course headings:-“Application for Entrance Exam for M.Sc Nuclear Medicine Course, DRRMLIMS, 2017”.
• No application will be received by hand or via courier.
• The last date of receiving the fully filled in application form along with the demand draft will be 15th April 2017, before 5:00 PM. Incomplete applications and/or applications received after the last date will be summarily rejected.
• The institute shall not be responsible for non-receipt of any form in time due to postal delays.
• The Director, RMLIMS reserves the right to reject any application without providing any reason and increase or decrease number of candidate for admission.

Admission Procedure:

• First list of “qualified” candidates will be posted on website in the order of merit on 01st May 2017.
• The selected students will have to get admitted to the course immediately after counselling by paying the prescribed fee.
• Minimum qualifying marks will be kept as 50% for General /OBC Category candidates, and 5% relaxation to SC/ST candidates in the qualifying examination as per UP government rule.
• There will be no personal interview.
• Admission process shall be completed by 5 th May 2017.
• Academic Session start from: 01 st July, 2017.
