Position Description And Role
We are seeking an executive to join our Analytical Development team. The successful candidate will be involved in method development and optimization, participate in method qualification studies, analyze data, prepare technical reports, perform routine testing using a variety of analytical methods, such as HPLC/UPLC related, SDS-PAGE, This position will be a part of the Analytical Development group.
Duties & Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Independently perform analytical testing, preferably chromatographic testing (e.g. SE
- HPLC, RP-HPLC) to development and in process testing
- Independently execute analytical method qualification (as applicable). Carefully adhere to approved protocols, as applicable.
- Maintain clear, complete, accurate and documentation for experiments.
- Proactively provide clear, timely communication of potential issues to management.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Specialised in all HPLC related analysis like SEC, Ion exchange, affinity chromatography, hydrophobic interaction chromatography, peptide mapping and Glycan analysis by HPLC.
Hands on experience in SDS PAGE (gel casting)
Professional Qualifications
The candidate must have a M.Sc(Biochemistry/biotechnology/life sciences) with 0-2 or more years relevant experience in biotechnology industry.
