WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOWS
Eligible candidates are invited for walk-in-interview on 25th AUGUST-2016 for the post of Three JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOWS (JRF) in the following collaborative research projects:
- Development of sericin based nano finish for textile materials (CfC 7072).
- Studies on photodegradation of silk fabrics (CFC 7073).
- Studies on elcctrospun silk fibroin nanocomposite fibres for biomaterial applications (CYF 7074).
Fellowship per month: Consolidated Rs.20,800/- (Rs.16,000+30% HRA for B.Tcch I BE with GA TE I NET) and Consolidated Rs.15,600/- (Rs.12.000·t 30 % HRA for B.Tech I B.E without GA TE I NET)
Age limit : 28 Years; Relaxation as per Govt. rules
Project-wise JRF Requirements : (JRF: 1 post for each research project)
Project Title : Studies on elcctrospun silk fibroin nanocomposite fibres for biomaterial applications (CYF 7074).
Qualification : B.tech / M.sc Biochemistry
Experience : 1 year experience in electrospinning process or drug delivery system is preferreds
How to Apply :

- Venue : Central Silk Technological Research Institute, CSB Complex, BTM Layout, Bangalore – 560068, Karnataka.
The interview will be conducted at the Laboratory Campus at CSTRI, CSB, Bangalore from IO AM. The eligible candidates are advised to be present at the venue by 9.00 AM with originals and attested photocopies of all certificates and Degrees from I 01h Std (SSLC) onwards. Minimum of First Class (60% marks for general; 55% for SC/ST candidates) in all classes from 10th to Masters degree. Preference will be given to the candidates who have cleared CSIR/UGC NET or GATE and publications in peer reviewed journals. No admission will be allowed after 12 Noon.
Note :
- Age limit: 28 years as on the date of interview (relaxation of 5 years for scheduled castes/ Scheduled Tribes/ CHIC.. physically handicapped and female applicants).
2. No TA/DA will be provided to attend the inteniew.
3. The above mentioned position is purely temporary on contractual basis and are co-terminus with the project. Further claim for any post will not be entertained thereafter.
4. The decision of the Director shall be final and binding in all respects.
5. Incomplete documents will summarily be rejected.
6. Selected candidates should convey their consent for joining as MI: as per the terms and conditions within the stipulated time. Otherwise next candidate in the merit list will be given offer for same.
