Job Description :
- To follow good laboratory practices and good manufacturing practices.
- To follow laboratory safety standards and practices.
- Microbiology analyses of raw materials, finished products, hold time study samples, stability samples.
- Chemical analysis of Water.
- Calibration of instruments in microbiology laboratory.
- Monitoring of performance verification and preventive maintenance for laboratory equipments.
- Water documents and product documents release and transfers.
- Environmental monitoring of manufacturing area and microbiology laboratory.
- Preparation and maintenance of media and cultures for microbial analysis.
- Maintenance of stock of media and microbial cultures.
- Decontamination and discard of used media.
- Microbiology laboratory, glassware cleaning and fumigation activities.
- Sampling and analysis of cleaning validation samples (swab samples)
Educational and Experience: Science Graduate (with Microbiology as a subject ) with 2 to 6 years of experience in Micro. Must have Knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
