Key Responsibilities
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) workflows
- Manage Product Lifecycle Management processes
- Perform master data review, cleansing & enrichment
- Work on SAP, NPDI tools & web data maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure SLA & TAT compliance
- Improve process efficiency through projects
Education
Postgraduate in Life Sciences (Biochemistry) from a reputed University with 2-3 Years in Scientific Industry
Technical Competencies
- Scientific Knowledge – In Depth Proficiency and functional command expected over Life science subject.
- Understanding of roles and responsibilities of Business Operations.
- In depth Proficiency with internet and e-mail.
- Very Good skills in Office 365 tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) and ability to set up complex database queries.
Skills Required
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Problem-solving, Planning & execution.
- Good understanding of management of interfaces and process understanding is required.
