Job Summary
The Research Scientist – Bioanalytical Analysis Support will be responsible for developing and validating bioanalytical methods for the quantitation of drugs and metabolites in biological fluids using medium to complex analytical techniques. The role also involves routine batch sample analysis and ensuring compliance with global regulatory and quality standards.
The position operates under the supervision of the reporting manager and supports bioequivalence and bioanalytical studies through laboratory analysis, documentation, and regulatory compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform bioanalytical method development, method validation, and routine batch sample analysis (RBSA)
- Support assigned project leads in bioanalytical studies and analytical workflows
- Prepare project-specific solutions and conduct sample preparation activities
- Document laboratory work and experimental results accurately
- Verify and save acquired data in chromatography data acquisition systems
- Conduct laboratory investigations when required
- Operate laboratory instruments and analytical equipment efficiently
- Compile raw data and assist in project wrap-up activities
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and ensure adherence to safety procedures
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with regulatory guidelines including:
- DCGI-CDSCO
- USFDA
- TGA
- ICH
- GLP
- EMEA
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project objectives

Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess: Master’s Degree in Science
Experience Required
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Bioanalytical Analysis
