Key Responsibilities
The Executive will be instrumental in the proactive protection and enforcement of Lupin’s intellectual property related to biopharmaceuticals.
- Patent Searching: Conducting Patent searches on various patent databases, utilizing key word searching.
- IP Analysis: Responsible for Novelty and FTO (Freedom-to-Operate) analysis.
- Drafting & Documentation: Responsible in assisting patent drafting & Patent Database management.
- Legal Application: Application of IP laws in the field of Biotechnology, particularly in Cloning, Upstream and downstream technology.

Education
- Master’s degree in Biotechnology or Biochemistry.
Work Experience
- 1 to 5 years of relative experience in biotechnology or Biologics IP.
