Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience and strong knowledge in Anatomy, Physiology, and related life sciences are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:
• Review medical records and clinical documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Assign correct medical codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) based on patient diagnoses, treatments, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with official coding guidelines and company standards.
• Maintain coding accuracy & productivity as per organizational benchmarks.
• Work closely with physicians, auditors, and quality teams to clarify documentation when needed.
• Protect patient data confidentiality as per HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Stay updated with latest coding updates, healthcare rules, and payer regulations.
• Contribute to reducing claim denials by ensuring precise and error-free coding.
