About the Role
Ugaooo Seeds is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead and manage the QC operations at our production unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership to ensure the highest product quality standards are met consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the QC team in daily operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems, SOPs, and best practices.
- Ensure raw materials and finished products meet defined quality standards.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues in production.
- Maintain accurate QC documentation and prepare QA/QC reports.
- Coordinate with production, R&D, and regulatory departments.
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Quality Control, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
- 3 years of QC experience in FMCG/Food/Manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, or equivalent quality standards.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and QC-related software/tools.
