About the job
Responsibilities:
- Assist to generate new product ideas and recipes partnering with Culinary Team
- To take part in team efforts to modify and improve existing recipes
- To contribute to Designing processes and scale up of recipes on a large scale
- Identify and coordinate with vendors for any new ingredients, machinery, lab services etc.
- Physicochemical and microbial analysis to be performed
- Sensorial evaluation and documentation for any new, existing products or ingredients.
- To work on recipe management software
- Validate the products as per FSSAI Regulations
- Coordinate with team for product shelf life study
- Writing reports/Presentation on various studies, visits & trials
- Urge to learn new technology, software and other tools.
Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Science or Food processing Technology, priority for the one with experience in the Food Industry.
Skills required:
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google sheets
- Basic knowledge on FSSAI and other food regulations, Sensory.
Travel Requirements: Estimated at 20%. Travel is required to various Licious/ OEM locations, vendor meetings or other job-related functions.
Duration: Minimum 4-6 months
