About the Job
Dr. Reddy’s is seeking a Manufacturing Associate Specialist specializing in cell therapy (CAR-T) programs. This position is part of our Manufacturing facility.
Job Posting: Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories – Manufacturing Associate (CAR-T)
Job Description:
- Perform aseptic T-cell culture processes.
- Operate and maintain laboratory and manufacturing equipment.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Assist in developing and optimizing cell therapy manufacturing protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of manufacturing processes.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during the manufacturing process.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Have a Ph.D/MSc/BSc in a relevant area of Cell and Gene Therapy, Biological Sciences, or equivalent experience in the biotech industry.

- T-cell Engineering and Molecular level techniques.
- Cellular assays and phenotyping.
- Molecular assays and biology.
- Experience in automated manufacturing and semi-automated workflows.
