Essential Qualifications:
First-class Post Graduate degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related fields (1 post) and Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related fields (1 post). Preference will be given to candidates who have completed their Ph.D. (subject to capability).
Desired for Post 1 (Nutrition):
- Capability and experience in conducting Systematic Reviews & Meta-analysis (SRMA) independently.
- Strong foundation in nutritional biochemistry and metabolism, familiarity with nutritional databases and reference standards.
- Experience in research methods, grant and proposal writing, organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in biostatistics and epidemiology, research methodology, and data analysis.
- Excellence in time-management skills and multi-tasking.
Desired for Post 2 (Bioinformatics):
- Capability and experience in handling genomic data.
- Knowledge and proficiency in Python, R, and Perl, as well as genetic counseling.
- Proficiency in biostatistics and epidemiology, research methodology, and data analysis.
- Excellence in time-management skills and multi-tasking.
Tenure: The initial appointment will be for 3 months.
Salary: ₹56,000/- + HRA
