NOTICE
Applications are invited on plain paper for the contractual post of Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) in the ICMR-funded project entitled “Functional implications of ….. activation of the PPARS and TLRs in the pathophysiology of ischemic stroke-mediated downstream signaling cascade” under Dr. Pramod Avti, Additional Professor, Department of Biophysics, PGIMER, Chandigarh-160012. The post is purely on a contract basis for a short term.
1. Project Research Scientist – I: (01)
Qualification: Postgraduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees in Biophysics, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Computational Biology & Bioinformatics (Life Sciences) from a recognized University.
Desirable: Fellowships of ICMR/CSIR/NET-JRF qualified candidates and relevant experience in Molecular Biology, cell culture, RNA isolation, cDNA synthesis, qRT-PCR, flow cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, and small animal surgeries and handling is desirable.
Age & Relaxation: As per ICMR rules.
Pay Scale: As per ICMR rules.

The above appointment will be purely on a contract basis for 6 months. Interested candidates fulfilling the above criteria are required to submit their detailed bio-data and necessary testimonials/certificates on or before 24th February 2025 by 4:00 pm
