Core Purpose of the Role:
- Plate-based and Bioassay analysis.
- Operating in shifts and ensuring release of in-process/finished product samples/stability samples within TAT and by adhering to compliance norms.
- Ensuring the calibration of instruments and handling breakdowns in coordination with vendors.
- Adhering to good laboratory and analytical procedures.
Role Accountabilities
- Handle the plate-based and cell-based Bioassay analytical techniques.
- Perform in-process and finished product analysis in shifts.
- Analyze stability samples.
- Handle the calibration of QC instruments/equipment.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned trainings and support the team lead in achieving deliverables.
- Adhere to SOP/IOP and perform analytical activities.
- Follow good laboratory practices and compliance standards.
- Ensure error-free analysis and documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors for timely calibration and PM activities.
- Maintain storage chambers at set temperature limits and take timely action in case of excursions.
- Ensure instruments/equipment are in a calibrated state.
- Rectify breakdowns promptly to ensure instruments are operational within the shortest possible time, in coordination with service providers.
- Maintain all-time audit readiness and preparation prior to audits.
- Ensure completion of action items from CAPAs triggered through observations of previous audits.
- Support other activities as allotted by the team lead.

Specific Requirements for This Role
Experience: 3-6 years of experience in Biopharma manufacturing/ testing/ compliance/ Quality Control.
Skills and Capabilities:
- Entry-level knowledge of biologics manufacturing and testing compliance requirements.
- Good communication skills.
- Collaboration with team leads.
Education: Bachelor/Master of Science / Master of Technology in Biotechnology/Bioprocess Engineering.
