Job Requirement:
Taking the responsibility for bacterial upstream, lysis & Solubilization process. Performing sampling activity during batch processing and updating sampling annexures ·Performing pH and conductivity meter calibration, filter integrity test, filtration activity. · Handling of Refrigerator, Rotary incubator shaker, Fermenter, Microfluidizer, Polytron blender, Freezer, Steam sterilizer, weighing balance, turbidity meter, kill plant, overhead stirrer, and centrifuge. · Handling of Downstream operations for commercial batch manufacturing of PEG-GSCF (E.coli based product). · Handling of critical equipment like Chromatography columns and systems, Ultrafiltration and Di-filtration Systems , Process vessels etc
