The Senior Research Executive for Cytiva is part of the Marketing Global Capability Center located in Bangalore and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Liaise directly with stakeholders on day-to-day project management needs.
• Contribute to project design and delivery discussions.
• Manage project timelines.
• Brief and manage agencies where appropriate.
• Conduct qualitative interviews and manage quantitative programs, undertaking analysis and charting of both.
• Work on creating research deliverables by independently grouping and organizing findings in a meaningful way to explain the results and craft an initial story.
• Attend presentations, supporting the Senior Manager with the delivery of research findings and recommendations.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• A degree qualification (2:1 as a minimum) in a relevant area such as:
  • Biomedical Sciences
  • Biology
  • Physiology
  • Pharmacology
  • Immunology
  • Psychology
• A minimum of 3+ years of previous market research experience working within a market research agency.
• Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills.
• Experience with market research quantitative tools such as Q, Tableau, etc.
• Experience independently managing several research projects simultaneously.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• B2B and/or Pharmaceutical/Healthcare/Life Science research sectors.
• Dashboarding tools such as Power BI.
