Job Description:
- Pre-clinical investigations and development of animal models: Handling of small laboratory animals—mice and rats. In vivo toxicity and efficacy analysis.
- Handling of biological samples—Molecular investigations.
- In vitro cell culture including primary hepatic cells & organoids.
- Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics analysis of natural/herbal/ayurvedic compounds.
- Data compilation, bioinformatics and proteomic analysis, writing of project report and manuscripts.
Eligibility:
Essential: Post Graduate in Pharmacology (M.Pharm/M.S Pharm)/M.Tech (Bio-Technology) /Post Graduate (M.Sc) in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Physiology, Biochemistry & Biotechnology or any other relevant discipline from a recognized institution + 2 years research experience.
Desirable:
Post Graduate with minimum 60% marks. Candidates with the following experience will be preferred:
- Bioinformatics and proteomic analysis.
- Mammalian cell culture & cell-based assays.
- Fluorescence microscopy.
- Age Limit: 35 years
Remuneration: Rs 31,000 + 27% HRA
Note:

- The appointment under the project shall be on a “contract basis” for the period of 12 months initially and will be extended on the basis of performance.
