Work Description: Project title: “Development of a Novel 3D Skin Model to Elucidate the Mechanisms of Immune Dysregulation and Melanocyte Dysfunction in vitiligo”. 2 years research experience post Master’s degree including at least one year experience in handling samples
for flow cytometry analysis. Experience in handling primary cell cultures is also required.Desirable Qualification: This work will involve establishing primary cultures of cells from human skin biopsies, and generating 3D skin from it. The work will also involve flow cytometry-based cytokine analysis of skin-resident immune cells.
