Location: Ahmedabad
Qualification: MSC/BSC in life sciences
Positions: 2
Professional Education and Experience:
✓ The Genome Analyst should be a Post-graduate in Science Stream with Life-sciences/Biochemistry/Bioscience.
✓ Possess a relevant experience in the field of Biosciences.
Reports to: Technical Supervisor and Head of Department
Job Responsibilities:
- Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis and interpretation of Variants/mutations causing genetic disorders using standard ACMG guidelines.
- Collaborate with expert team in the analysis and interpretation of NGS analysis and genetic testing results
- Determine complete DNA sequences and perform genetic mapping to understand the disease.
- Manage clinical report generation, closely work with the genome analyst team and close orders with TAT.
- Report generation for the interpretation purpose using standard format.
- Support in data analysis of projects.
- Closely work with the reporting managers to improve the quality of the reporting process and the report itself.
