Applications are invited for the post of TWO Project Associate-I and ONE Scientific Administrative Assistant for the following time-bound sponsored project as per the details given below:
Project Title: Deciphering potential gene markers and variants associated with Adrenoleukodystrophy, based on Machine learning and system biology approaches on RNA-Seq data towards therapeutics

- Scientific Administrative Assistant/Attendant-01 No.
Duration: The project is valid for the period of two years. The selected candidate will be appointed on a purely temporary basis initially for the period of one year but likely to be extended depending on the performance, requirement, and project validity, whichever is earliest.

Age: Below 35 years as on February 01, 2024. Age relaxation will be given as per Govt. of India norms.
Job Description: The project involves the variant analysis, RNA-Seq data handling, bioinformatics-based pipeline, and machine learning model development.
