University of Calcutta Recruitment – Molecular Biology Job
The University of Calcutta is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Project Assistant. The project, titled “Trace Metal Analysis of Bio-fluids of Tuibur Consumers and Identification of its Cellular, Genetic and Epigenetic Targets,” is funded by DBT-Twinning. The Principal Investigator, Dr. Pritha Bhattacharjee, is an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Environmental Science at C.U. We invite individuals with a strong interest in the field of Environment and Molecular Biology to apply.
Position: Project Assistant
Remuneration: Rs15,000/- per month (consolidated)
Desired Qualification: 1st class M.Sc. with an interest in the field of Environment and Molecular Biology. Candidates with NET Lectureship (CSIR/UGC)/GATE will be preferred.
Duration: Six months (with the possibility of extension up to one year based on project outcome and performance)
