Job Description

1. Graduate/Post Graduate in Science, Food technology/Microbiology/DIFAT
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG (distilleries/Breweries/Beverages/Food industries)
3. Hands-on experience in analysis techniques, lab instruments calibration, and maintenance
4. Knowledge of QMS, FSMS, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
5. Control quality defects in incoming and finished goods to ensure customer satisfaction
6. Build and promote food safety and quality culture in the unit
7. Responsible for end-to-end quality monitoring in incoming and online checks
8. Ensure quality control and perform other control activities in the factories and material
9. Check raw materials, packaging materials, in-process material, and finished goods according to set quality standards
10. Maintain records and update SAP records
11. Train and develop shop floor workmen
12. Conduct internal quality audits and liaise with government authorities for audit and compliance
13. Ensure external laboratory testing and equipment calibration as required
14. Analyze raw materials and packaging materials and report on time
15. Visit the market for new product surveys and sample collection as needed
16. Street smart and implement GMP/GLP, GSP, GHP, and 5S
17. Good oral and written communication skills and maintain MIS data
18. Communicate with vendors for rejection and handle in coordination with site QA team
19. Quick learner with an initiative attitude
