Education Qualification:

BSc in Life Science or Biotechnology or equivalent Degree.

Experience: Candidate with work experience in Flow Cytometry, Molecular, Cell Culture Laboratory and data entry/Management will be preferred.

Consolidated salary: Rs.18,000/- per month.

Answer: Given the limited time frame, I would prioritize tasks, plan experiments meticulously, and collaborate efficiently with team members. Effective time management, clear communication, and adaptability to any challenges that may arise will be key to meeting the project’s milestones within the stipulated period.
5. As a Junior Project Co-ordinator, you will be handling various aspects of the research project. How do you ensure effective coordination and communication among team members to achieve common goals? Answer: Effective coordination and communication are vital for a successful research project. I believe in fostering open and transparent communication with team members, encouraging regular meetings to discuss progress and challenges. I also ensure that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, allowing each team member to contribute effectively towards achieving our common research goals.
