- The above position is purely contractual and is for the duration of the project only. Selected candidates will not be entitled to claim any regular appointments/absorption in this institute.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- Candidates will not be entertained after the said interview, except in case of any exigency the decision of the selection committee will be final and binding on the candidates.

Essential: M.Sc./M.Tech in Botany/life sciences/Biotechnology/Biochemistry or allied areas with at least 60% marks from any recognized university
Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates having qualified CSIR-UGC NET and/ or with hands-on experiences in plant-microbe interaction with exposure to techniques like gene cloning/ recombinant protein expression/plant tissue culture/fluorescent microscopy.
Monthly Emoluments/ Fellowship – Rs.25,400(consolidated)Fellowship is available for a maximum period of two years and is a co-terminus with project.
