Name of the Post – Research Associate (Structural Biology)
LOCATION – JALGAON – Remote Location, IND

FUNCTION – Research & Development
Key Responsibilities –
- Recombinant DNA technology (Isolation of DNA, Transformation, Selection, Recombination, Restriction digestion)
- Cloning of genes, expression and purification of proteins
- Using E. coli and insect cell expression systems for the expression of recombinant protein targets.
- Purifying the target protein using various chromatographic techniques
- Characterization of the expressed recombinant proteins
- Cell culture, Stable cell line generation in mammalian cells and confirmation with western blotting, ELISA etc.
- Setting up crystallization screens for various conditions and temperatures
Educational Qualification – M.Sc/ M.Tech (any Lifesciences stream).
Experience – 2-5 yrs
