Sri Shankara Cancer Hospital and Research Centre (SSCHRC) is a 520 bedded, comprehensive, cancer hospital located in the heart of Bangalore. Since commencing its operations on 15th August 2012, Sri Shankara Cancer Hospital and Research Centre has been consistently fulfilling its main objectives of providing the best cancer treatment at affordable costs including free treatment to the economically disadvantaged.
Sri Shankara National Centre for Cancer Prevention and Research (SSNCCPR) invites applications for the above post of post-doctoral scientists with at least 3 years of experience.

What we are looking for – The applicants are expected to collaborate with clinicians in conducting research in the field of oral cancer, ovarian cancer and lung cancer. Candidates with expertise in cancer research connected to the aforementioned diseases are preferred. Fifty-two (52) research projects are currently being carried out at this Cancer Research Institute, which is a functioning and well-equipped institution; it includes all the tools necessary such as mass spectrometry, sanger-sequencer, and Next Generation Sequencing.
