Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellows

No. of Posts: UR: 4 (including 1 PWD), SC: 2, ST: 1, OBC: 2.

Tenure of posts: Three years (yearly renewal basis) on satisfactory performance

Age Limitation: 28 years as of the date of publication of the advertisement. (Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped (PWD)/ Women candidates for five years as per
Govt of India rules subject to the production of suitable certificates from the competent
authority.

Interested and eligible applicants are requested to submit their application in the prescribed form in the prescribed e-mail id ([email protected]) addressing to the Director, CNCI with complete Bio-data along with relevant documents and testimonials in support of date of birth, educational qualification and caste status etc. The application letter duly signed (pdf) along with all

the relevant documents should reach through the prescribed email id within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement. The candidate should mention the advertisement number at the top of the application letter. The shortlisted candidates will be invited for the final selection interview.

 

Essential Qualification: MSc in any branches of Life Science/ Biophysics/ with more than 55% marks (for General and OBC) and 50% marks (for SC / ST/ PWD candidates) from any UGC-recognized University / Institute along with NET / GATE or other equivalent National Level Exams conducted by Central Government Departments.

Fellowship: Basic pay: Rs. 25,000/- plus admissible HRA and Medical allowances as
per rules.
