5. The duly filled out application in the prescribed format ought to be submitted, so as to reach The Director, NIMHANS, P.B.No.2900, Hosur Road, Bengaluru– 560 029, India, on or before 28.06.2021 prior to 4.30 PM.
6. Separate applications should be sent for each post.
7. In-service applicants should forward the application through their employers or produce “No Objection Certificate” along with the application, failing which the applicant’s application will not be taken into consideration under the category of in-service.
8. Indian Nationals residing abroad can apply by giving full details of educational qualifications, teaching/research experience with copies of supportive documents along with an application fee of US $ 35 for each application.
9. Candidates ought to enclose self-attested copies of certificates of Age Proof, Academic.
   Qualifications, Marks Sheets (of all the years/ semesters), Experience, etc.
10. No applications will be entertained if it is incomplete/ received after the last date prescribed / not forwarded through proper channel. The Institute will not take responsibility for postal delay if any.
11. No separate intimation/ communication will certainly be sent to applicants who are Not Qualified.
12. Applicants belonging to reserved category such as SC, ST & OBC can likewise apply for the vacancies notified against UR with no relaxation in respect of Age according to the Government of India, DoPT O.M No. 36011/1/98-Estt.( Res) dated 01.07.1998.
13. Age relaxation will certainly be given to SC/ST/OBC/ PWD/ EX-Serviceman applicants as well as Government Servants In-service (Central Civil Employees only) based on G.O.I rules. The applicants belonging to SC/ST/OBC/ PWD/EX-Serviceman have to submit relevant, latest certificate/s in the prescribed form issued by the Competent Authority (Applicants applying under OBC Category should produce OBC Certificate in Annexure– A format enclosed).
14. In case if it is felt necessary, the Institute can not fill up any or all the above posts and also if so, no separate intimation will certainly be given to the applicants.
15. The number of vacancies/ category-wise vacancies can vary or likely to change.

The essential qualification for NIMHANS Job: I OR II Class Master’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Life Sciences from a recognized University / Institution.

Experience: 2 years of research experience in Biological Sciences / Molecular Biology.

Desirable Experience: Experience in processing and interpretation of neurological
material for light and electron microscopy/experience in diagnostic molecular
biology/immunohistochemistry.
