For this role based in our Bangalore R&D centre, we are taking a look at a passionate, driven and creative mind to join us in this incredible journey of creating disruptive cleaning as well as hygiene solutions that not only consumers love but likewise do good for planet as well as generations to come.

Job Purpose: You would be associated with shaping the disruptive hygiene innovations on some of the renowned Home Care division brands like Lifebuoy, Domestos, Omo, as well as landing them into markets such that they definitely win with consumers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the claim support activities for disruptive and mainstream hygiene innovations including development of brand-new methods to prove benefit in consumer context and working with external laboratories.
• Support claim, concept and demo generation for hygiene technologies aligned with consumer insights and also a regulatory framework for Home Care products
• The role focuses on performing the above via active partnering with internal R&D teams across globe, managing relationship as well as co-ordinating with external agencies/laboratories for microbiology tests, bench work to develop as well as validate brand-new methods and demos, training 3Ps on brand-new methods.

We are looking for people with the right attitude, mindset as well as competencies. By training we are looking for a microbiologist, however, the job equally requires on the job learning in the field of hygiene and a flair for practical consumer insights and innovation.

Technical education:

• M. Sc. In Microbiology or M. Sc. in Biotechnology
• An industry work experience of 3-8 years
• A basic appreciation of stats, a flair for data organisation as well as analysis
• A creative and analytical mind, problems solver
• Consumer empathy as well as love
• Fantastic collaboration and also communication skills
