Job Purpose:

This role involves in all microbiological related activities like Sterilization, Prep work of media, Growth Promotion for media, Culture maintenance, Media Disposal, Calibration and also Validation of Equipment, Qualification/ Verification activity, Cleaning as well as fumigation of microbiology laboratory, Identification of water and environment isolates.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for environmental monitoring of cleanrooms and also a sampling of raw materials, finished products as well as stability samples.
• Responsible for sampling and also analysis of water samples.
• Review of Temperature monitoring record of equipment and also clean room. Cleanroom pressure differential, Media fill validation etc. in QC Microbiology Lab.
• Responsible for Microbiological analyses, Bacterial Endotoxin analyses as well as Chemical analyses of different grades of water-based on respective specification.
• Responsible for Qualification/ Verification activity, cleaning as well as fumigation of a microbiology lab.
• Intimating the out of specification results to the Head/ concerned area/ Quality
• Assurance maintains the Microbiological data as per the requirement of the Quality System.
• Maintaining the training records according to the requirement of the Quality System.
• Follow the required EHSS policies and Excellent hygiene practice.
• Undertake other responsibilities related to Microbiology based on the requirement.
• Initiate the change control, Deviation, OOS, CAPA and also taking approval from QA.
• Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements whatsoever times in the workplace guaranteeing individual and also lab/plant safety.
• Attend training on environment, health, and also safety (EHS) measures imparted company.

Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Microbiology.

Technical/functional Abilities:

Ought to be conversant with the testing abilities such as.

• Microbial Limitation Test.
• Test for Specified Microorganisms.
• Bacterial Endotoxin test.
• Sterility Test.
• Antimicrobial effectiveness testing.
• Environment Monitoring of clean rooms.
• Identification of Microorganisms.

Experience: 4 – 6 years.
