Emoluments & Duration: Rs. 31,000 each month for first two years and also Rs
. 35,000 monthly for the 3rd year. HRA will be paid according to BRNS/ Alagappa University’s norms.Qualification: First class M.Sc. degree in Biotechnology/ Botany/ Plant Science or equal from a recognized University ideally with research experience in Plant tissue culture. NET/ GATE certified applicants will be given preference.
Job Description: Chosen fellow would certainly be responsible for developing in vitro micropropagated plants of Nilgiriathus cliliatus at Alagappa University and for mutagenesis through radiation at BARC, Mumbai. Candidates with experience in micropropagation and mutagenesis experiments will be given added preference.
