Description: The project intends to work on the generation of human Pluripotent Stem Cells (hPSCs) derived cardiomyocytes for studies in human biology and disease.
Duration: The appointment will be a fixed-term position originally for a duration of one (I) year that may be further extended depending on the performance of the candidate.

Essential Qualifications for SGPGIMS Vacancy: MSc with at least 2 years of research experience or Ph. D. in the research area of Stem Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Molecular biology.
Desirable Qualifications: Expertise in molecular biology as well as cell biology. Prior experience in stem cell culture and also differentiation of lineages from hPSCs are desirable.
