- Microbiological Testing of water samples for specified microorganisms
- Identification of Microbial cultures
- Maintenance and preparation of microbial cultures for GPT testing Growth promotion testing for microbiological media
- Testing of Biological Indicators Sample receipt and analysis
- Maintenance as well as monitoring of refrigerator
- Calibration of analytical weighing balance
- Calibration of micropipettes
- Operation and cleaning of BSC/ LAFU Operation of Milliflex pump
- Operation of Biological Incubators
- Operation of Compound Microscope
- Operation of Densicheck Operation of Vitek 2 Compact
- Seed lot characterization
- Monitoring of cleaning of clean area Prevention, clean up as well as sanitization after spillage
- Records maintenance and documentation
- Test for Viability & Gram’s staining
- Determination of Spore population of Biological Indicators
- Reporting OOS & excursions to supervisor
Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology or Biotechnology).
Experience: 2-4 years.
